RALPH ELLIS
- Non Executive Chairman
Ralph is a highly respected senior professional with over 20 years’ experience in the development and construction sectors. He brings vast and extensive experience to the firm in the private development field, the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) market, delivering PFI and BOT projects. Ralph is well travelled having worked in Africa, Asia and Europe. This Global exposure has opened Urban Infrastructure to always look beyond the current environment in our quest to provide world class solutions.
SIMBA KASEKE
- Partner Special Projects
Simba is a co-founder of Urban Infrastructure Projects Africa and is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm. He is a registered professional Engineer with vast experience of delivering on projects varying in nature and complexities. The Projects range from Airport Infrastructure, Housing Infrastructure, and Mine infrastructure to Power Generation infrastructure. Simba is keen on the use of new construction and design technologies and believes in pushing boundaries and thinking out of the box. A natural leader he has managed to establish and lead teams of various professionals to deliver complex projects from preparation of proposals, designs, securing funding and construction to handover. Prior to setting up UIP Africa, Simba was Head of Technical Services at Fossil Contracting successfully delivering multimillion dollar contracts. He is highly motivated and driven, his can do energy spurs the team to operate at their peak whilst allowing room for creativity and innovation.
PRIVILAGE DZADAGU
- Managing Partner
Privilage is a professionally registered engineer with over 7 years’ experience in the structural engineering field both locally and abroad. Privilage has overseen the structural design and construction management of high-rise buildings, industrial structures, residential building and telecommunications towers. He is conversant with various computer aided design softwares such as STAAD pro, Robot Structures, Tekla, Revit and Prokon.
TINASHE MAZOKERA
- Business development manager
Tinashe is a professionally registered Civil Technician with 7 years post graduate experience. He has designed and managed the construction of township roads, water and sanitation schemes comprising rising potable water bulk mains, reticulations pump stations, reticulation and also construction supervision of a number of civil infrastructure projects. Prior to joining UIP Africa, Tinashe worked for ARUP Zimbabwe.
TATENDA KASIRORI
- Senior Civil Engineer
Tatenda is a professionally registered Civil Engineer with more than 10 years of working experience in engineering design, planning, construction, and maintenance. He is a skilled problem solver, with a strong technical aptitude and an exceptional ability to multi-task.
Tatenda has a keen interest in new and challenging opportunities in the fields of urban drainage, public health, sanitation, transportation infrastructure and construction.
Tatenda has worked on a wide range of projects including multi-story office buildings office buildings, Warehouse buildings, Roads, pipelines, and Treatment works. He
has extensive project lifecycle management experience from conceptualization up to construction. Before joining UIP Africa,
Tatenda worked for Hydro Utilities Consulting Engineers and Southland Consulting at Senior Levels.
TATENDA KASEKE

A highly motivated and focused ACCA Accountant who is adept at writing detailed reports and preparing budgets. She is detail oriented with extensive knowledge of cash management , record maintenance and comprehensive account reconciliations. Possesses a real desire to launch her accounting career in the organization utilizing her interpersonal and communication skills

- Senior Structural Engineer
Lincoln is an ambitious, enthusiastic and driven Structural Engineer with a track record of ensuring that structures are architecturally safe and compliant with standards. Familiar with construction management process, and adept in advising clients regarding the proper materials and layout during building process. Experienced in providing services for both residential and commercial projects he has experience in the design of reinforced concrete structures, steel structures and project management.
SABASTIAN TSIKIRA
- Senior Design Technician (Civil & Structural)
Sabastian is a Senior Civil Structural Design Technician with 18 years’ experience in the design and modelling of both Civil and Structural Engineering works. In structural engineering he is competent in Building information Modelling (BIM) using Autodesk Revit Structure, analysing and detailing of both reinforced concrete and structural steelwork using Prokon (Analysis) Padds (detailing) and Autocad 2019 for draughting and general site supervision.
