The Dacomb Drive Cluster Housing Development is a 36-unit luxury residential project requiring comprehensive civil and structural engineering input to support high-end living standards. Our appointment covered the full engineering scope for both single-storey and double-storey residential units, as well as the design of all supporting bulk and internal infrastructure systems. The project demanded robust, compliant, and cost-efficient engineering solutions aligned with the client’s vision for a premium, exclusive residential development
